Business law is a collective name for the part of civil law that concerns businesses and companies. Areas of law such as company law, environmental law, and real estate law are included here, and so is labor law. In general, it can be said that issues concerning a company's operations, business life and trade fall within the area of business law.

 

We offer both shorter webinars and longer courses that deal with many issues in the field of business law, such as:

 

• Owning and running a company - everything from shareholder agreements to the practical operation of the business.

• The limited company's governing body - we review the Swedish Companies Act at a basic level and explain relevant terms such as articles of association, annual general meetings, board responsibilities, etc.

• Breakthrough of the board - when and in what situations can the board members become personally responsible?
